THIS IS AN INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO PUT ON THE AVESTON BACK SUPPORT BELT

Step 1. Take the upper part of the belt. The upper part is completely flat.
Step 2. Unstrap the compression bands, put the belt around the required area of the back.
Step 3. Fasten the belt around the desired area, regulating the necessary force and girth direction.
Step 4. Pull ahead and fasten side bands to achieve the compression you want.
Step 5. Take pleasure in easy work.

ADVICE AND CAUTIONS:

1.As the belt is quite rigid, we recommend to wear it over 100% Cotton T-shirt.
2.The belt may sink into ribs. In this case, we recommend wearing the belt only over the clothes.
3.Do not wear the belt for more than 8 hours; the back muscles must work and have natural load.
4.Belt has a phyletic function; it reduces pain, but it does not cure a source of trouble.
5.In the case of skin irritation or any other discomfort stop wearing the belt.
